HI- I have been absent so long. Now that grad school is over I want to do some serious geocaching. On that note I am traveling to Chicago next Friday and was looking for any cool caches to find. I will be staying downtown ( at the Hotel Burnham) with no access to a car (only public transportation). Any suggestions? LTTB- AKA LAURA

You can search by zip code from the hide & seek a cache page.

LTTB- AKA LAURA I'm not aware of any Alaskans who have cached in Chicago, so we might not be much help. However, if you post similarly in the Midwest Forums in the gc.com forums you might some responses. Have fun!

I have cached in Chicago! Of course it was long enough ago that I don't really remember where they were. There were a couple in a park near the lake. Lots of muggles lurking and the four of us looking not-suspicious at all.
