Does anybody else come across some hides and think to yourself thats not going to last more than a week. I did this weekend.

Sometimes they last a long time in areas that are wide open and then there are the ones well hidden that get muggled pretty fast. I think I know the one you are talking about.

I will be very surprised if it makes it till spring. The only thing sort of hiding it is a hole in the snow. When I got to ground zero I thought I typoed the coords.

Maybe cachers in the spring will put some sticks around it to help.

Thats true. I added some camo to the Old rondy #1 cache because the green sticker stuck out like a sore thumb when I was going by it doing the HOT on the trail multi. Then again when you know where something is or are looking for something it tends to be easier to spot.

Then again when you know where something is or are looking for something it tends to be easier to spot. It'll be harder to see when the snow is gone. No one is looking in the woods anyway. They are busy skiing. I have camoed many a cache that needed it.
