One of my coins made it to the original geocache! Kind of cool. Someone didn't log it into the cache 3200+ miles on that one. I will have to check to see how many are missing.

One of my coins made it to the original geocache! Kind of cool. Someone didn't log it into the cache 3200+ miles on that one. I will have to check to see how many are missing. I have (?) an earth coin that has been in an MTboy cache since April 25, 2006. It amassed about 21 miles.

Sounds like you need to go get it out of there ;D I'm sorry dude, but since the social security administration advised me of the date I will start receiving payments, my rappelling days have ceased. One has to repel off (or as we say in the biz "rap") the infamous Seward Highway rocks to obtain the cache and log it.

Sounds like you need to go get it out of there ;D I'm sorry dude, but since the social security administration advised me of the date I will start receiving payments, my rappelling days have ceased. One has to repel off (or as we say in the biz "rap") the infamous Seward Highway rocks to obtain the cache and log it. Aw...he's got a standing invitation to take anyone out there who wants to go! There is something anti-Darwinian about stepping backwards off a perfectly good rock and trusting one's life to a 9, 10, or 11 mm nylon strand.

At least it was when I was a lot younger and healthier but I would do it again if the opportunity came up. Imagine doing it out of a perfectly good helicopter

I've done it on waterfall ice. I've done it on glacier ice, and I've done it on dams. But, I'm done doneing it.
