Is anyone interested in grabbing breakfast at Gwennie's after the Flash Mob on Saturday? We can eat and then take the Malcore ruffian punk cache en mass. There is a small group (as of right now) looking at grabbing a bunch of Anchorage caches afterward. The more the merrier.
Side note: has anyone thought of contacting the media about the Flash mob? I'm not sure how many are planning to attend, but it strikes me as a pretty cool human interest story, seeing as there are at least 80 more of them happening globally.

It sounds like a good way to start a fun day of caching to me. I will gladly join you. We may even have a little snow by the weekend, that should make the caching a bit more challenging.

What a great history Gwennies has behind it...
In Sept 2005 the Alaska Cache ' N ' Dash folks couldn't believe they were dining in a former house of prostitution when we met them there for breakfast to kick off their madcap Alaska odyssey...
But hey - the food IS excellent!

Thanks Northwes for setting up the Flash Mob event. That was fun to see so many cachers on such a unique experience. I am glad Alaska was part of the event.

What a great event and what a great day of caching. Really enjoyed meeting some new cachers. That I hadn't had the chance to meet yet. And really enjoyed breakfast and caching after the event. Very pleased to meet Mrs. Santabro at breakfast. Also nice to meet Meljo and Deke Rivers and to get to cache with them. Had a great day of caching with all of you FrostG1ant, Lemurlad, Eagle618, Malcore, Meljo, Deke Rivers, OMGCrew, OMGKid and TroveRover.

Thanks bunches for hosting the event Northwes and thanks to all the helpers. Wish we could of joined in at breakfast and caching but duty calls. The girls had fun playing with the little tykes we watched today.... should of put a TB around a belt loop or two for the girls to discover, as it was they were playing "Hide the kid".
Will be anticipating the Christmas Event as it will be our first that we will get to attend.
Thanks again for the event, coins and the chance to shuttle the JEEP around and place it in the Valley.

Scobey posted the WWFM video to the GAK page. You can see it at www.geocachealaska.org/images/WWFM2007.wmv It sure was a fun event, short, with some snow and the beginning of a great day with some really awesome folks.
