Hi all, well I have a couple of parties to go to this Hallowe'en, so I decided I would costume myself up as a geocache. I am working on the costume now and will post photos when I get it done.
In case you are wondering, I will be a black nano. (a giant one that is)
;DIf anyone is interested I would be glad to share the instructions.

Great idea! Definitely a good conversation starter. How are you going to drive and sit down

Well its done, word around the house is mom is a geek. I guess I should have gone for one of those cutesy costumes.
But, LBK, you are thinking along the right lines, I am going to have to hoist it on at each location. It is basically a tube with wire around the top and bottom, but I did cut two hand holes so that I can imbibe freely, I am going to need to drink wearing this!!!
My daugher did suggest I add a log sheet to my hat (or the cap) so that people can sign it. Guess I am going to have to explain geocaching to a bunch of artists. Ah the joys of being a geek. ha ha........
so can anyone instruct me how to post a photo?

I just activated our Megacoin, so if you want the ultimate piece of geobling, the coin might be the perfect accoutrement. Many attendees got to log Marky's (a Northern California cacher) at February's Geocoinfest. That thing weighs almost 20 ounces and is nearly five inches across. No wonder Marky was hunched over after wearing it around his neck for three hours. At least the tracking number is easy to read! If you want something smaller, we have extra TB tags.

ok, so my costume was a hit. We ended up at the International Gallery of Art and all kinds of folks loved signing my "log"- had it hanging off my hat. I will post photos when I figure out how.
