I would love it if someone could place a Tour of Anchorage cache. I would place the first cache but I am tied up with other stuff right now. ]

For a different type of cold, check out the logs for Decon 1 and Decon 2 where the first three finds on each have been done in the dark at ambient (none of that windchill stuff) temperatures of -23° F or colder. C'mon up powmia, the weather's just what you and RecRay would like ;D.

The cold has good memories: Gaging fuel tanks at NPR prior to driving out to Eielson for a pipeline shipment is not one of the fonder ones.
I had mentioned to Northwes that an invite was out for some winter hiking/camping at a cabin in Snowhawk Valley (Anchorage). He stated he would get back with me after he returned from the East. He must still be out there.
