OKay Smart People-- I have 2 days and counting until I leave for Chicago. My waypoint memory is full. How can I delete all the waypoints in my gps and start fresh? And Yes I have checked the forums but am very confused at this point. Can anyone dumb it down for me?

Press "find" Highlight "waypoints" Press enter. Highlight any waypoint. Press "menu" Select "delete". Press enter. Choose what you want to delete...All Symbols, Geocache, etc. If you select all symbols you will delete everything. If you select Geocache, only the geocaches with the closed box icon will go.

You are the best!!! POWMIA!!! What was the matter with my brain? It worked and I got to get it all off my GPS. Whew crisis averted and can now happily geocache with enthusiasm in Chicago. Yippee.
Now I know that is what it said in the forums but darned if my brain was not grasping the concept.

LTTB Well the brain is a funny type of organ and at times hard to control and retention is half the game. If I knew what I know now when I was 16....I still would have been just as dumb.
