Anyone up for this challenge? This is a Momima cache 5 stage multi that may take 4-5 hours to complete. Sounds like a great caching experience! Recommend that it be done as a group. If interested, let me know and we can set up a time.

Would love to attempt this one as a group. Hope others are available. Looks like I can maybe do it on the saturday the 19th This saturday I have to work at noon or maybe do it on a Sunday after noon.
Not much room for parking at teh shortest location to get in there off basher/campbell airstrip rd. so carpooling would be the way to get here may have to park at north Bivowac trail head and carpool from there...

I may have a small heard of juvenile cachers that might be interested in an attempt to find stage 1... 2... 3... 4... 5... depends upon legs, excitement, cold, time, etc. Nothing else we may "trail" behind.
Do you have a thought for the 'shotgun' start?

We have a few confirmed folks that want to go on the outing and the more the merrier. I understand it takes some brain power to solve the clues along the way. I was hoping for about a 9am start at the trail head but I am willing to go earlier or later depending on what time would work best for the largest group!
Brocilli, are you going to do the whereigo cache that morning with them as well? It is simple and straight forward and kind of cool, "I think" for the kids to enjoy a "video game cache" Just down load it and drive over to the start and take a look at the start just to get an idea of it. I am sure if you post that you would do that one as a group as well there would be others that like to do it also!

I'm a go for a Saturday the 30th. A start somewhere between 9:00 and 10:00 would be great.

I'm up for a 9-10am start, how about we split the difference and set off from the Basher drive trailhead at 9:30?

OK, it's on meet at trailhead at 9:30 Saturday morning. I have 4 confirmed folks right now. Like Li1gray said, it is best to carpool due to only about 6 or so car spot available at parking lot. Let me know ASAP if need a ride so we can meet up and carpool.

I must have missed the whole boat when I was there, I am 0 for 3 on the first leg! I hope you guys had better luck than I did! MTboy, Sorry I should have given you a direct call instead of just the post here. We did have pretty good luck on it. It was a long long day. It took us about 5 hours but we did have a couple other caches that we grabbed along the trails that were close. All in all a great group and glad I was able to tag along on it. A couple of us brought snowshoes but the trail is so packed we didn't need them for the major walking portions. Most of the stage grabs we just walked off the trail to grab it as we all had on gaiters. The last in line had the least amount of snow to deal with. It was a fun day! Mommia did a great job at this one and I was glad it was my 100th multicache milestone! I told Coho5 that I would go back out with him as he had a conflict with the day so I will be going again as well. we could get another group together to do it again before spring. It is the most fun winter cache I have done this year, so far ;D

I'm a bit late for the boat as well, but I'd like to make reservations for the next outing.
