I located a cache in a rural cemetery near Blaine WA. I entered the cemetery and satellite reception ceased. I was in an open area, no trees above. The reception just ceased. I walked out of the area and reception resumed. I had to follow the perimeter of the cemetery to maintain reception until I located and signed for the cache. The cache was not near any headstones, nor did it upset or damage the area in any way. I will remember this one for a while.

Is that normal for that cache? Had others had that problem on the log page?

Is that normal for that cache? Had others had that problem on the log page? None indicated loosing reception. A few logs indicated 2-3 cachers looking at the same time with all of their death arrows (no pun) pointing in different directions. The owner has located about 23 caches in areas such as this. The main theme is the Watcom County Spirit Quest.

Strange... I've been in a few spots around Kent and Seattle that would 'flatten' sat reception (such as Boeing's own satellite facility), but not a graveyard....
