I checked out this site that NorthWes recommended during the last geocaching training session. It works along with the regular geocaching.com site. Caches that are easily accessible via tractor trailer, motor home, or cars/trucks pulling travel trailers are available through this site. There are a bunch of them across the lower 48. I will definitely use this site as I travel throughout North America/Canada with my SUV (Mr Tahoe) and the 30' travel trailer. I ordered an Alaska GO coin to carry with me from cache to cache to see how many miles of caching I log. Possibly I will come across some vehicles from other states that are officially licensed and tagged "GOCACH" (as mine is by the AK DMV).

Good followup, powmia!
I liked this site because there's a different angle for the caches - their accessibility with vehicles. My theory is, if a trucker or RVer can reach it, it should be easy for me in a rental car to dash in, park, grab the cache and go. For example, on a recent four-hour drive from Las Vegas to Prescott AZ I was able to build a series of targets along the route that were already 'bookmarked' as GeoTrucker.com accessible - which greatly reduced my angst over whether the cache would be easy to fit into my driving plan.
I always plan a few 'highlight' caches that require a bit of a hike while I'm outside, but this site helps keep everyone else in the car happy with the cache selections on a long drive. Check out their site - it's free to sign up!

I can imagine NorthWes with a temporary Walmart air horn mounted on a Rent-A-Wreck traveling the highways grabbing caches and giving a blast on the air horn. ;D "That's a big 10-4 good buddy. We'll catch you on the flipflop and watch out for those wiggle wheelers. Bye Bye...we gone".
