Not very many of these out there. And it seems that none of the newer GPS units are supporting these anymore. So you basically have to obtain some older equipment to complete these.
They have so much potential, but I think the implementation was just too complicated to make these sustainable.
Thoughts?

I'd kicked around doing an art tour of downtown. I did the one in downtown Honolulu govt district - had me sweating running back & forth!

There is one on the Jackson County Heritage Trail in Georgia. It was pretty neat. It's the first one I had done. It is unfortunate that there aren't more of them. I really enjoyed it. Actually that whole trail was pretty good. If you ever get that way I suggest it. We ended up using the app on my phone to do the Wherigo. At that point I was still trying to figure out my GPS. I had just bought a new one.

Li1gray has released 3 new Whereigos in Anchorage in the past year. That brings the total to 5 locally, 4 by li1gray and 1 by Karma!. There is also an Android ap available now. Guess it is time to download some Wherigo caches and get busy exploring Anchorage areas again. GC5AD7B Russian Jack Springs Park Wherigo, GC5WY9Z Love Ain't...., GC5WRF1Love Is..., GC5WYMB Potter Marsh Wherigo.

On my android I see a few apps for whereigo's. Question for an android user: which app did you use?
