I tried to place a cache in the Willow Creek State Park last June. I sent in special Park permit in and was told to just wait until there was a blanket permit given to Geocache.com. I received an e-mail that had info on this blanket permit but ... the e-mail was deleted by accident and not retrievable. Do you know anything about this? I have a cache placed. It has been placed since last June just waiting. Can I submit a form for a cache in this area now? I am going to post this under reviewer questions as well.

The permit has been approved and was just recieved by GeAK last week. It needed to be signed and sent back in to become finalized. Cavyguy is the one handling the Mat-Su permit and has done a huge amount of work in getting this blanket permit completed.
Go ahead and push your cache to publish. Our local reviewer is in on the permit and will notify you if you need to do anything else with the cache listing to comply.
Cavyguy may be able to post the details of the permit requirements on this thread when he sees it...

GeocacheAlaska! received a blanket permit for State Parks from Mat-Su Valley north to and including Denali State Park. The permit number is S10-047 and must be on the cache container and the cache page. The full permit is attached. Please read all the "Special Stipulations" on pages 2 and 3 prior to placing new caches. Attachments:
