My folks - who live in Phoenix, are interested in GeoCaching. I thought I might get them a simple GPSr, load up some caches close to home, and send it their way. Obviously, I don' t want to spend a fortune on what may equate to nothing more than a secondary GPSr in my pile of electronics.
Any recommendations? Something easy to use, something relatively inexpensive that supports paperless caching.
Thanks in advanced!

Upsdie - he's good in the desert terrain; downside, he's not cheap, and he uses a Magellan... hmmm.... Actually, I'd recommend one of the eTrex units (USB supported ones) - they're relatively inexpensive. If your folks have any kind of smartphone there's apps to turn them into geocaching databases (like my 'Cacheberry' program on my Blackberry Curve.)
