I. Approval of minutes from 30 January 2009 meeting

II. Old business:

A. Greg tried to contact Mike regarding potential funds for GeAK! Will try again before Friday.
B. Mission Statement: Greg motioned to approve mission statement. Stacy seconded.
C. Articles of Incorporation: Wrote, approved and signed AoI. 95% complete, need Dana’s physical address and to finish formatting document.

III. New business:

A. Bylaws: Need to make changes to bylaws in order to integrate forms and procedures appropriate and necessary for GeAK! Incorporation with the SoA. Greg will submit proposed changes to bylaws at Feb. 22nd meeting to be voted on at that time.
B. Discussed a potential fundraising opportunity of a 2010 GeAK! Calendar.

IV. Meeting was adjourned at 9:57 p.m.

I atempted the link twice and my internet browser was terminated both times. I went to the site and clicked on the "chat" block........terminated again.

For the chat room to work you will need to have Java installed on your computer as it is a Java based application.
Go to java.com/en/ and select Download.
Then try to access the chat room again.
