It is spring, when thoughts turn to hiding new caches. These are some of my ideas for caches this summer. Some are from last years list, but I didn't quite get to them. These should all be within 15 miles of the Butte.

I know where it is up there too. I had a pony named Tony. He was a crazy horse!!! LOL!!

Where will you place this one, in an active volcano?

Oops! I guess it will be "Bridge to Nowhere 2" or some other such name. I guess it was just too easy for a cache name up here.

OK - this is great news!
I see another cache run with Scobey in the works here...
Love to cache the valley - especially those Grumby hides!

Well, I was leaning to something like "Tao-De-Young." After all, he did name it after himself...
And my son wants me to add another cache to honor Uncle Ted Stevens.
"A Series of Tubes!" (probably a multi of some sort)

Volcanos...no problem. I am worried that "mtboy is a wimp" will require some sort of commitment...now that is scary!

I also hope to have Fair Play 2008 with an Olympic Theme. I have to say, the State Fairground caching last year was by far the most fun I have ever had at the State fair. It can become mundane to go to the Fair as it changes very little from year to year, but geocaching the Fair made for a very full day of entertainment with an incredible group of people and not only did we have fun, but we all became friends in the process. Even if you cannot log the Fair as a number for your personal stats, caching the Fair is one of the greatest days of caching I have had to date and look forward with great enthusiasm to what great caches you can dream up for this year. Remember it's not about the numbers, but the journey to get there. Thanks for putting all the effort into adding a GREAT benefit to the State Fair, geocaching and Alaska as a whole. Good Show! Cache On!
