The Worldwide CITO dates are May 2 and 3, 2009. See Eartha's post for more information. Who will host Anchorage's fifth annual CITO? Will someone host the Interior's or the Peninsula's or the Valley's or Valdez's first CITO? There's plenty of time to organize and CITO is one of the best ways to get on the good side of your local managers.

Stay tuned for news on Anchorage CITO 2009.
GeocacheAlaska! has chosen not to join in the worldwide CITO dates due to our latitude and being a little gun shy after having so much snow on the ground last year. It would appear that Spring has sprung around Anchorage but we're not quite out of the woods yet.
I'd expect an announcement this week.

Just another update. 1 of the 2 scheduled Anchorage CITO's went live on GC.com this morning.
Quite a bit of planning and preparation has gone into the events and we'd love to see as many people as possible RSVP and show up.
Both events will be in areas we've never CITO'd before and are both cache rich locations for people to pick up a few smiley faces in addition to making Anchorage a little better place to live. One other difference this year will be hamburgers and hotdogs with all the fixins following the trash pickin.
There are very few free lunches in this world so take advantage to your chance to grab some personal stimulus.
